Our Returns, Exchanges, and Issues Policy gives you 30 days to return an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order, such as missing items or product issues.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original, unopened packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You do not need to respond to this email. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like to exchange an item, you can return it to us and we will refund you for the price of that item. Then, you can place a new order on our website. If you received defective or damaged items, or if items are missing from your order, please reach out to helpdesk@transtape.life with your order number for further assistance.
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, check first with your bank or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not recovered your refund, please reach back out to us.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed daily; You can edit or cancel your order up to 4 hours after the order has been placed through your confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait for your order to arrive before returning it for your refund.
Store Credit Policy
Refunds for returned or incorrectly placed orders will be issued in the form of store credit only. This store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Exceptions
A refund to the original payment method will only be considered in cases where the issue was due to circumstances outside of the customer's control, such as:
Packages lost or damaged in transit
Shipping carrier errors
Duplicate charges or other payment processing issues
Defective or incorrect items received
Each exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In all other cases, including changes of mind or order cancellations after fulfillment has begun, store credit will be issued.
