I personally would just use baby oil and get in the shower instead of using the oil. The balm is definitely nice but I wouldn't get again due to price point, good if you can afford it. Love the tape, I worked all summer in it. Lasted all week, and would last longer if I didn't intentionally take it off. Adhesive for the main part of your chests STAYS plz use oil. The edges, specifically armpits, peel quiet a bit in my exp. Love the tape. For larger chests like mine 5+ inch would work better I think. I use 5 inch now. Remember to take breaks for ur skin, it def can irritate, especially if taken off wo/oil or/and water. Very comfy overall, def get help applying if possible, gets better results.

Very nice, I like having extras aside from what comes with the tape as a little safe guard for whatever. Application can be a bit tricky when it comes to avoiding wrinkles

I couldn't wear it for very long and it did not bind well for my larger chest size and was itchy

they were not as itchy as the tape was for me and they did the job

I recomend for someone who's looking into binding for the first time. Be careful beforehand and do your research before anything else

it was great. very comfortable, kept forgetting i was wearing it but i had an allergic reaction to the adhesive and that shit is not fun lmao
be cautious, i completely forgot i have an allergy to some adhesives n now i'm blistering a bit. i know for a fact it's not due to it being too tight because i've put months worth of research into how to properly put it on and prevent problems, i could've even when a bit tighter without going too tight but i didn't want to risk something like this happening. i just didn't take the allergy into account lmfao so like i said, be cautious! i only wore it for a few hours n it did a number on me
